Please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive.  If more than 45 days have passed, please use the form above or send an email to and we will review the status of your order.  Refunds will be handled through email where necessary.


Returns are valid for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was received and you have not notified us that you wish to return the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Lightroom presets are not returnable or refundable.

To complete your return we require the order number. We may request further information from you after the initial notification has been made.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us via email at or using the form above and we will provide the return address.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, including any item that is not in its original condition or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to cover the value of the product(s) being returned.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item nor do we take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during shipment by postal and/or courier services.

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for returning your item.  Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is deemed to be defective or damaged.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returned items that are not eligible for a refund will not be sent back to you unless a postage and administration fee of £15 is paid.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company and/or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at or using the form above.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at or using the form above.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Taxes and import charges

There may be additional import taxes and/or charges on items purchased, depending on the country which your order is shipped to.

You will be responsible for covering the cost of these charges.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in the Bailiwick of Guernsey and the jurisdiction of the Guernsey courts.  None of the above terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
